From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9″ and the second paragraph
of Article 10% of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to Article 10% of Article
18 of Law N*20,712, being duly empowered as manager
general de Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
Administrator), at the Board meeting held on December 21, 2022,
it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend from the Fund in the total amount of
$707,729,669, corresponding to $115,428,998 to Series R contributors, $36,369,257
to Series P contributors, $35,491,499 to Series I-B Contributors and
$520,439,915 to Series l-A Contributors all in proportion to the number of installments of
who are holders in each series on the fifth working day preceding the date from which
The dividend will be paid.
Likewise, the payment of the dividend indicated, will be made from the 28th
December 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida
El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to
18:00 hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry at 5 “
business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments of which they are
holders as of that date.
