From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9% and the second paragraph of the
Article 10% of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the
General Character N*30, of the Commission for the Financial Market, finding me
duly empowered as general manager of Larraín Vial Activos S.A.
General Fund Administrator (the Administrator), in board session,
held on June 29, 2022, the distribution of a dividend was agreed
provisional of the Fund for the total amount of $605,000,000, corresponding to
$98,988,669 to Series R contributors, $31,127,689 to Series P contributors,
$30,317,268 to Series Contributors |-B and $444,566,374 to Series Contributors
Il-A all in proportion to the number of quotas held in each series to the fifth
business day prior to the date from which the dividend will be paid.
Likewise, the payment of the dividend indicated, will be made from day 05
of July 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida El
Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th day
before the date of payment, pro rata to the number of quotas held by them.
