REF: COMMUNICATES AGREEMENTS OF THE ORDINARY ASSEMBLY OF CONTRIBUTORS
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10” of the Law
of the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, finding myself
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Fund of
Investment LV – PATIO II Strip Centers (the “Fund”), which as of May 26, 2022 is
held an Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, at which the
Agreements detailed below:
1. The annual account of the Fund relating to its management and administration and the
Financial Statements thereof;
2. It was noted that, considering the results of the Fund reported in the

Net Profit Received for the year ended 31
December 2021 for the amount of MUSD 2,553,304. Such a dividend would be
paid out of the interim dividends distributed during 2021,
equivalent to MUSD 3,267,000. It was noted that, in accordance with the provisions of
Article 80 of Law No. 20,712 and the Internal Regulations of the Fund, the balance
remainder of this distribution of interim dividends distributed during
the year 2021, will be charged to Net Profit Received corresponding to
previous years;
3. The annual account of the Audit Committee was approved;
4. The members of the Supervisory Committee were elected, which was composed of

5. It was agreed to fix a remuneration for the members of the Supervisory Committee of
20 gross Development Units for each session they attend, with a cap
Maximum of 5 sessions per year paid until the celebration of the next
ordinary assembly of contributors;
6. It was approved to set a budget for the Fund’s Oversight Committee until the end of the year.
