From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph
of article 10% of the Securities Market Law, in relation to article 18 of the Law
N?20.712, being duly empowered, I hereby inform you as
Essential Fact of Llaima Investment Fund in Liquidation (the “Fund”), administered
by CMB-PRIME Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”) that, the
celebration of the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund, dated May 18,
2022, in which the following was agreed, among others:
(a) Realized the asset liquidation process and capital expenditures and distributions
of the Fund;
(b) The final account relating to the process of liquidation of the Fund and the payment or
provision of expenses;
(c) The final and total reduction of the capital of the Fund was agreed;
(d) The liquidation process of the Fund was terminated; and
(e) Additional agreements necessary to process, authorize and legalize the
agreements indicated above.

We will soon send you a copy of the minutes of the
that Assembly, as well as a request for the cancellation of the
registration of the Fund and the removal of its Internal Regulations from the Public Registry of Deposit of
Internal Regulations carried out for this purpose by this Commission.
