Ordinary Contributors
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 and the second paragraph of article 10% of the
Securities Market Law, and Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, finding me
duly authorized, by means of the present I inform as an essential fact of the Fund of
Investment Link – Real Estate | (the “Fund”), administered by Link Capital Partners
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), which by agreement of the Board of Directors
of the Administrator is summoned to the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund to be held on
May 24, 2023 at 12:00 pm in first citation and at 12:30 pm in second
citation, in Avenida Alonso de Córdova N” 4.355, office 603, commune of Vitacura,
Santiago, in order to deal with the following matters:
1. Approve the annual account of the Fund to be presented by the Administrator,
concerning the management and administration thereof and approve the States
The corresponding financial statements;
2. To elect the members of the Supervisory Committee and to fix their remuneration, in
If applicable;
3. Approve the budget for the expenses of the Oversight Committee;
4. To appoint, from among a list of three candidates proposed by the Supervisory Committee, the
external audit firm of the Fund from among those registered in the
Register kept for this purpose by the Commission for the Financial Market;
5. Appoint the independent expert or valuers required
to value the Fund’s investments; and
6. In general, any matter of common interest of the Contributors other than
proper of an Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors.

PUBLICATION OF THE FUND’S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
It is reported that the Fund’s Financial Statements and the opinion of the audit firm

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSEMBLY AND TO VOTE REMOTELY
They will have the right to participate in the Assembly, the Contributors who are registered in
the Register of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day preceding the date of its
celebration.
In accordance with the provisions of the Commission for the Financial Market in the Standard
of General Character N* 435 and in Circular Letter 1.141, both dated March 18,
2020, the Contributors are informed that they will be able to attend and vote in the Assembly for
technological means.
Contributors must inform no later than May 19, 2023, if they will participate in
the Assembly by such means, by sending an email to the address legallinkcp.cl
and clientesOlinkcp.cl, in which they must inform the name of the contributor or representative
who will attend and attach the documents that account for their identity and legal status. Elder

The participation, attendance and voting of the Contributors who participate in the Assembly by
Technological means, will be carried out through the online video-conferencing system

QUALIFICATION OF POWERS
The qualification of powers, if applicable, shall be made on the same day as the Assembly, at the time
where it should be started.
