Ref: Communicates summons to Assembly
Extraordinary Contributors
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 and the second paragraph of article 10% of the
Securities Market Law, and Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby inform as an essential fact of the Fund of
Investment Link – Real Estate | (the “Fund”), administered by Link Capital Partners
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), which by agreement of the Board of Directors
of the Administrator is summoned to Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund to be held
on April 12, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in first summons and on April 13, 2023
at 10:00 a.m. in second summons, at Avenida Alonso de Córdova N* 4.355, office 603,
commune of Vitacura, Santiago, in order to deal with the following matters:
1. Decide on an increase in the capital of the Fund in the terms of the number

QUALIFICATION OF POWERS
The qualification of powers, if applicable, shall be made on the same day as the assembly, in the
place of its celebration and at the time it should begin.
