Ref.: Communicates payment of provisional dividends
and decrease in capital
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on Administration of
third parties and individual portfolios, and articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, by the
present, Link Capital Partners Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), in its capacity as
administrator of the Investment Fund Link – Real Estate | (the “Fund”), reports as an essential fact the
next:
At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Administrator, held on September 28, 2022,
it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend for the total amount of Ch$1,925,435,119, charged to the Profit
Net Received in the year 2022 (the “Provisional Dividend”).
The Provisional Dividend will be paid by electronic transfer in the current accounts
previously informed by the contributors, as of October 13, 2022. They shall have the right to
dividend indicated all those contributors who are registered in the Register of Contributors of the
Fund, at midnight on the fifth business day preceding the date of payment, in proportion to its share
in the Fund as at that date.
In addition, the Administrator agreed to decrease the capital of the Fund, in accordance with the terms
established in Title X Capital Increases and Decreases of the Internal Regulations of the Fund, by a
Total amount equivalent to $187,766,884. The foregoing, in order to return to the Contributors the proportional part of
your investment in the Fund, in the form, conditions and terms indicated below.
The aforementioned capital reduction will be made by reducing the amount of shares of the
Fund, and its payment will be made as of October 13, 2022 to those Contributors who are
registered in the respective registry at midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date of payment, on a pro rata basis
of the number of quotas held by them at that date.
The aforementioned payment will be made in Chilean pesos, by electronic transfer of funds to the account
Bank current indicated in your customer file. If there is any modification with respect to the data of

transfer, please indicate it as soon as possible; otherwise we will proceed to transfer the amount to the account
Current that appears in our records.
The value of the Fee will be determined by taking the Fee value in force on the date of payment of the respective
decrease in capital, which will be the result of dividing the assets of the Fund, determined in accordance with
with the provisions of article 10* of the Regulations of the Law, in the number of Quotas subscribed and paid
prior to such a decrease.
