Ref.: Communicates summons to Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and in the second paragraph of the
Article 10″ of the Securities Market Law, and Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby inform as an essential fact of the Fund of
Inversión Link – Deuda Privada Rentas ERNC (the “Fund”), managed by Link Capital
Partners Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), which by agreement of the
Board of Directors of the Administrator is summoned to Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund to
be held on June 6, 2022, at 12:00 noon, at Avenida Alonso de Córdova N* 4,355,
office 603, commune of Vitacura, Santiago, in order to deal with the following matters:
1. To amend the Fund’s Rules of Procedure with the aim of correcting the
observations made by the Commission for the Financial Market at the time of
deposit the Internal Regulations approved on May 18, 2022
related to the name, purpose of the Fund and diversification policy of
the investments of the same are consistent with each other, and to correct the remuneration of
charge of the Fund to be expressed with VAT included.
2. Modify Income Requirements for Series A Contributors of the Fund.
3. Adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the decisions of
the Extraordinary Assembly.
RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSEMBLY AND TO VOTE REMOTELY
Contributors who are registered in the
Registration of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of its celebration.

In accordance with the provisions of the Commission for the Financial Market in the
General Character N? 435 and in Official Circular 1,141, both dated March 18, 2020,
informs the Contributors that they will be able to attend and vote in the Assemblies by means
Technological.
Contributors must inform no later than June 3, 2022, if they will participate in the
Assemblies by such means, by sending an email to the legal address (Wlinkcp.cl and
clients(dlinkcp.cl, in which they must inform the name of the contributor or representative who will attend
and attach the documents that account for their identity and legal status. More information about
the background to be attached and the accreditation process at the Assemblies are available
on the website www. linkcapitalpartners.com/agf.
The participation, attendance and voting of the Contributors who participate in the Assemblies by
Technological means, will be carried out through the online video-conference system called
Microsoft Teams. More details on the operation of this system are available
on the website referred to in the preceding paragraph.
QUALIFICATION OF POWERS
The qualification of powers, if applicable, shall be made on the same day as the Assemblies, at the time at
that need to be started.
