From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on Administration of
third parties and individual portfolios, and articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, by the
this Link Capital Partners Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), in its capacity as
administrator of the Investment Fund Link – Private Debt Cumplo | (the “Fund”), reports as an essential fact
The following:
In ordinary assembly of contributors, held on May 20, 2022, it was agreed to distribute
a final dividend amounting to the total amount of CLP 412,325,000, charged to Net Profit
Received in the year 2021 (the “Definitive Dividend”). The payment of the Final Dividend is
make at the rate of CLP 12,2132035001 for each quota of series A, CLP 23,4227470909 for each quota
of Series B and CLP 12.3052632008 for each quota of Series l.
The Final Dividends will be paid by electronic transfer in the current accounts
previously informed by the Contributors, as of June 23, 2022. They will be entitled to the dividend
all those Contributors who are registered in the Register of Contributors of the Fund, at midnight
on the fifth business day preceding the date of payment, in proportion to its participation in the Fund to that
date.
