Ref.: Communicates summons to Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article
10% of the Securities Market Law, and Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby inform as an essential fact of Link Investment Fund
– Deuda Privada Cumplo 1 (the “Fund”), managed by Link Capital Partners Administradora
General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), which by agreement of the Board of Directors of the
Administrator, the next Assembly of Fund Contributors is summoned, to be held on 13
June 2022, at 10:00 am, on Avenida Alonso de Córdova N? 4.355, office 603, commune
of Vitacura, Santiago.
The purpose of the Assembly shall be to deal with the following matters:
1. To agree on the extension of the term of the Fund, in accordance with the provisions of the
number TWO. From Title IX “Other Relevant Information” of the Rules of Procedure of the
Bottom;
2. To agree on the capital increase of the Fund through the issuance of new Series B quotas,
in the terms and conditions to be proposed by the Administrator; and
3. Adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the decisions of the
Assembly.
RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSEMBLY
The right to participate in the Assembly shall be granted to the Contributors who are registered in the
Registration of Contributors at midnight of the fifth business day prior to the date of the meeting.

REMOTE PARTICIPATION AND VOTING
In accordance with the provisions of the Commission for the Financial Market in the
General Character N* 435 and in Circular Offices 1.141 and 1.149, gentlemen are informed
Contributors who will be able to attend and vote in the Assembly by technological means.
Contributors must inform no later than June 10, 2022, if they will participate in the
Assembly by these means, by sending an email to the address clients (Alinkcp.cl, in
which must inform the name of the contributor or representative who will attend and attach the
Documents that account for your identity and legal status. More information about the
background information to be attached and the accreditation process in the Assembly are available at

The participation, attendance and voting of the Contributors who participate in the Assembly by means
technological, will be carried out through the online video-conferencing system called Microsoft
Teams. More details on the operation of this system are available on the site.

QUALIFICATION OF POWERS
The qualification of powers, if applicable, shall be made on the same day as the Assembly, at the time at
that needs to be started.
