From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and in the second paragraph of article 10% of the Law

an Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors.

It is reported that the Fund’s Financial Statements and the opinion of the audit firm

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSEMBLY AND TO VOTE REMOTELY
Contributors who are registered in the
Registration of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of its celebration.
In accordance with the provisions of the Commission for the Financial Market in the
General Character N* 435 and in Circular Letter 1,141, both dated March 18, 2020,
informs the Contributors that they will be able to attend and vote in the Assemblies by means
Technological.
Contributors must inform no later than May 16, 2022, if they will participate in the
Assemblies by such means, by sending an email to the legal address (Wlinkcp.cl and
clients(dlinkcp.cl, in which they must inform the name of the contributor or representative who will attend

The qualification of powers, if applicable, shall be made on the same day as the Assemblies, at the time at
