From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10% of
the Securities Market Law, and Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, being duly empowered, by
I hereby inform as an essential fact of the Investment Fund Link – Parque Chicureo (the “Fund”),
administered by Link Capital Partners Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), which the
Board of Directors of the Administrator in a session held on January 12, 2023, agreed to summon the Assembly
Extraordinary Fund Contributors, to be held on January 23, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.
“Assembly”), in Avenida Alonso de Córdova N* 4.355, office 603, commune of Vitacura, Santiago, in order
to deal with the following matters:
1. To approve the amendment of the current text of the Rules of Procedure of the Fund with regard to: (i) The
numbers ONE. General Characteristics and DOS. General Background, of the Title | “Features
Link-Parque Chicureo Investment Fund”; (ii) the numbers ONE. Object of the Fund, DOS. Politics
of Investments, THREE. Characteristics and Diversification of Investments, FOUR. Operations that
carry out the Fund, of Title Il “Investment and Diversification Policy”; (ii) Title 11! “Policy of
Liquidity”; (iv) Title IV “Debt Policy”; (v) Title V “Voting Policy”; (vi)
numbers ONE. Series, DOS. Remuneration of Fund Charge; THREE. Expenditure of the Fund and
SIX. Remuneration Liquidation of the Fund, of Title VI “Series, Remunerations, Commissions and
Expenses”; (vii) the numbers ONE. Contributions of Quotas and FOUR. Fund Accounting; of the Title
“Contributions and Appreciation of Quotas”; (viii) the numbers ONE. Assembly of Contributors, DOS. Committee of
Surveillance and THREE. Investor Committee, Title VIIl “Corporate Governance Standards”; (ix)
numbers ONE. Communications with Participants, DOS. Term of Duration of the Fund, FOUR.
Fund Liquidation Procedure, FIVE. Profit Sharing Policy, EIGHT.
Indemnities and NINE. Dispute Resolution, Title IX “Other Relevant Information”; and
(9 the numbers ONE. Capital Increases and DOS. Capital Decreases of the Title “Increases and
Capital Decreases”; in conjunction with incorporating other adjustments that are relevant or

2. Adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the decisions of the Assembly.

REMOTE PARTICIPATION AND VOTING SYSTEM IN THE CONTRIBUTORS’ ASSEMBLY
In accordance with the provisions of the Commission for the Financial Market in the General Standard
N? 435 and in the Official Circular 1.141, the gentlemen Contributors may attend and vote in the Assembly by means
technological technologies that the Administrator has made available to them, promoting participation by that
via, without prejudice to the possibility of attending in person to the extent that the restrictions of transfer and
capacity so permitting.
For these purposes, contributors must inform no later than January 19, 2023, if they will participate

QUALIFICATION OF POWERS
The qualification of powers, in the case of Contributors or representatives who attend the Assembly by means
