Ref.: Communicates payment of provisional dividends
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on the Administration of Funds of
Third Parties and Individual Portfolios, and articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, by the
this Link Capital Partners Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), in its capacity as
administrator of the Investment Fund Link – AP X (the “Eondo”), reports as essential fact the following:
In a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Administrator, held on July 26, 2022,
agreed that the Fund would distribute a provisional dividend amounting to the total amount of USD 195,990.55
for the number of installments subscribed and paid at midnight on the 5th business day preceding the date fixed for
the payment, charged to the Net Profit Received in the year 2022 (the “Provisional Dividends”).
Provisional Dividends will be paid by electronic transfer in the accounts
Currents previously informed by the contributors, as of August 09, 2022. They will have the right
to the dividend all those contributors who are registered in the Register of Contributors of the Fund, to
midnight on the fifth business day preceding the date of payment, in proportion to your participation in the
Fund as of that date.
