From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10? of the Law
of the Securities Market, and Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, duly finding myself
empowered, by means of the present I inform as an essential fact of Investment Fund Link –
AP X (the “Fund”), managed by Link Capital Partners General Fund Manager
S.A. (the “Administrator”), which by agreement of the board of directors of the Administrator is summoned to Assembly
of Fund Contributors to be held on May 19, 2022, on Avenida Alonso de Córdova
N? 4.355, office 603, commune of Vitacura, Santiago.
A. Summons to the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors, to be held at 09:30 hours, in order
to deal with the following matters:
1. Approve the annual account of the Fund to be presented by the Administrator,
relating to the management and administration thereof and approving the Financial Statements
corresponding;
2. To elect the members of the Supervisory Committee and to fix their remuneration, if
if applicable;
3. Approve the budget for the expenses of the Oversight Committee;
4. To appoint, from among a list of three persons proposed by the Supervisory Committee, the company
of external audit of the Fund from among those registered in the Register that
effect of the Commission for the Financial Market;
5. To appoint the independent appraiser(s) or appraisers required to
valuing the Fund’s investments; and

6. In general, any matter of common interest of the Contributors that is not of the Contributors’ own interest.

PUBLICATION OF THE FUND’S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
It is reported that the Fund’s Financial Statements and the opinion of the audit firm

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSEMBLY AND TO VOTE REMOTELY
Contributors who are registered in the
Registration of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of its celebration.
In accordance with the provisions of the Commission for the Financial Market in the
General Character N* 435 and in Circular Letter 1,141, both dated March 18, 2020,
informs the Contributors that they will be able to attend and vote in the Assemblies by means
Technological.
Contributors must inform no later than May 16, 2022, if they will participate in the
Assemblies by such means, by sending an email to the legal address Olinkcp.cl and
clients Olinkcp.cl, in which they must inform the name of the contributor or representative who will attend
and attach the documents that account for their identity and legal status. More information about

The participation, attendance and voting of the Contributors who participate in the Assemblies by
Technological means, will be carried out through the online video-conference system called
Microsoft Teams. More details on the operation of this system are available
on the website referred to in the preceding paragraph.
QUALIFICATION OF POWERS
The qualification of powers, if applicable, shall be made on the same day as the Assemblies, at the time at
that need to be started.
