INVESTMENT FUND LARRAÍN VIAL PAI PARTNERS EUROPE VII

Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph of Article 10? of the Law
of the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18? of Law No. 20,712, duly
and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Activos S.A. Administradora General de
Funds (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Larraín Mutual Fund (the “Larraín
Vial PAI Partners Europe VII (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you as fact
essential that in the Ordinary and Extraordinary Assemblies of Contributors of the Fund held
On May 16, 2022, the following was agreed:
A) Ordinary Assembly of Contributors:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator was approved, relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and related financial statements;
2. It was agreed to elect Mr. Patricio as members of the Supervisory Committee.
Eguiguren Muñoz, Manuel Oneto Faure and Iván Vera Palma and their remuneration was set at
20 Development Units per session, with a maximum of 4 sessions;
3. The budget for expenses for the Oversight Committee was approved for 200 units.
Development;
4. It was agreed to appoint PKF Chile Auditores as the Fund’s external audit firm
Consultants Ltda; and
5. It was agreed to appoint as the Fund’s independent appraisers or valuers Analytics
Lab.
B) Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors:
1. It was agreed to modify numeral 2.6 of number TWO “COMMITTEE OF
VIGILANCE” of Title VII “CORPORATE GOVERNANCE STANDARDS” of the
rules of procedure of the Fund; and
2. It was agreed to adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the
Decisions of the Assembly.
