From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of the Securities Market Law, and in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, being duly empowered in my capacity as General Manager of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of Fondo de Inversión Larraín Vial México Mezzanine (the Fund) following:
It was agreed at the Board Meeting held on May 24, 2023 to distribute a provisional dividend for the total amount of Ch$339,999,999, corresponding to Series A an amount of Ch$142,480,220, for Series B an amount of Ch$20,934,912 and Series I an amount of Ch$176,584,867 charged to the Fund’s 2023 profits.
Likewise, the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as of May 30, 2023 at the offices of the Management Company, located at Avenida El Bosque Norte N°0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day prior to the payment date, in proportion to the number of quotas held by them at that date.
