From our consideration:
Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph of article 10
of the Securities Market Law, and in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712,
of this Entity, being duly empowered as general manager
of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), by
I inform you as an essential fact of Fondo de Inversión Larraín Vial
Mexico Mezzanine (the Fund) as follows:
It was agreed at the board meeting held on April 26, 2023 a decrease
of the capital of the Fund, by reducing the value of the Fund’s quota, by
total amount of $881,868,088, corresponding to Series A an amount of
$369,733,140, Series B an amount of $54,304,385 and Series | an amount of
$457,830,563.
On the other hand, it was agreed at the same board meeting the distribution of a
provisional dividend for the total amount of $320,000,001, corresponding to the Series
A total of $134,163,609, Series B an amount of $19,705,218 and Series | one
amount of $166,131,174 charged to the Fund’s 2023 profits.
Likewise, the payment of the reduction of capital and dividend indicated will be made to
as of May 4, 2023 at the offices of the Management Company, located
in Avenida El Bosque Norte N” 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry.
