From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10% of
the Securities Market Law, and in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, of
this Entity, being duly empowered as general manager of
Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), for the
present inform you as an essential fact of Fondo de Inversión Larraín Vial
Mexico Mezzanine (the Fund) as follows:
It was agreed at the board meeting held on February 28, 2023 a decrease
of the capital of the Fund, by reducing the value of the Fund’s quota, by the amount
total of $659,999,999, corresponding to Series A an amount of $276,974,423, to the
Series B an amount of $40,649,178 and Series | an amount of $342,376,398.
Likewise, the payment of the indicated reduction will be made from the day 06 of
March 2023 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida El
Bosque Norte N*0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th day
before the date of payment, pro rata to the number of quotas held by them.
