From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9″ and the second paragraph of Article 10″ of the
Securities Market Law, and in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712,
being duly empowered as general manager of Larraín Vial
Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), hereby
I inform you as an essential fact of Fondo de Inversión Larraín Vial México
Mezzanine (the Fund) as follows:
It was agreed at the Board Meeting held on November 25, 2022 that the
distribution of a provisional dividend in the total amount of $369,999,999,
corresponding to Series A an amount of $ 155,502,622, for Series B an amount of
$22,794,409 and Series | an amount of $191,702,968 charged to the profits of the
2022 financial year of the Fund.
Likewise, the payment of the dividend indicated will be made from the day 01 of
December 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida El
Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th day
before the date of payment, pro rata to the number of quotas held by them.
