From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10% of
the Securities Market Law, and in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, of
this Entity, being duly empowered as general manager of
Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), for the
present inform you as an essential fact of Fondo de Inversión Larraín Vial
Mexico Mezzanine (the Fund) as follows:
It was agreed at the board meeting held on November 2, 2022 a
decrease of the capital of the Fund for the total amount of $ 940,000,000, corresponding to it
to Series A an amount of $ 395,060,714, for Series B an amount of $ 57,910,121 and to the
Series | an amount of $ 487,029,165.
Likewise, the payment of the indicated reduction will be made from the day 08 of
November 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida
El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to
18:00 hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry at 5 “
business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments of which they are
holders as of that date.
