From our consideration:
Pursuant to Article 9* and the second subparagraph of Article 10 of the
Securities Market Law, and in accordance with General Standard No. 30,
being duly empowered as general manager of Larraín Vial
Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), hereby
I inform you as an essential fact of Fondo de Inversión Larraín Vial México
Mezzanine (the Fund) as follows:
It was agreed at the board meeting held on September 9, 2022 a
decrease of the capital of the Fund for the total amount of $1,290,657,363,
corresponding to Series A an amount of $ 542,964,038, for Series B an amount of
$79,527,244 and Series | an amount of $668,166,081.
Likewise, the payment of the indicated reduction will be made from the 15th day of
September 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida
El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to
18:00 hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry at 5 “
business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments of which they are
holders as of that date.
