Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9″ and the second paragraph of Article 10″ of the
Securities Market Law, and in accordance with General Standard No. 30,
being duly empowered as general manager of Larraín Vial
Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), hereby
I inform you as an essential fact of Fondo de Inversión Larraín Vial México
Mezzanine (the Fund) as follows:
It was agreed at the board meeting held on June 23, 2022 the distribution of
A provisional dividend for the total amount of $ $ 367,748,049, corresponding to the
Series A an amount of $ $ 154,934,991, for Series B an amount of $ 22,665,897 and the
Series | an amount of $ $ 190,147,161 charged to the profits of the year 2022 of the
Background.
Likewise, the payment of the indicated dividend will be made from June 30
of 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida El Bosque
Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.,
Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day
prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments held by that
date.
