Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 9* and 10, second paragraph, of the
Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Inversión Larraín Vial Marathon Eco lll (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you how
essential fact that in the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund held on the 3rd
of May 2023, the following was agreed:
1.
The annual account of the Fund submitted by the Administrator relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and the corresponding financial statements;
It was agreed to elect as members of the Supervisory Committee, Messrs. Tomás Lyon
Valdivieso, Rodrigo Guzmán Leyton and Juan Eduardo Fantini Pérez, and set his
remuneration in 20 Unidades de Fomento per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
The expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee of 200 Units of
Development;
It was agreed to appoint as the Fund’s external audit firm the firm of
external auditors HLB Surlatina Chile;
It was agreed to appoint Pivot as an independent expert or valuer of the Fund
Advisors.
