By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10* of the
Securities Market Law, being duly empowered as manager
general of Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator),
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Rules of Procedure of the Fund.

At the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund dated May 20,
2020, a capital decrease was agreed by up to 100% of the subscribed quotas and
paid from the Fund. At that meeting, the Fund’s contributors also agreed that the
That reduction in capital would materialize in one or more partialities, through the
decrease in the number of Contributions to the Fund or by decreasing the value of
each of the Fund Quotas, as determined by the Administrator.
Therefore, in the board meeting of its Administrator, held on March 31
of 2023, a decrease in the capital of the Fund was agreed, through the decrease of the
quota value, for the total amount of USD 1,450,000.00, corresponding to the series | one
USD 994,810.13 and for series P a total amount of USD 455,189.87.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the indicated decrease will be made from day 06
of April 2023 at the offices of the Administrator, located on Avenida El Bosque Norte
N” 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at

the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments held by them at that date.
