By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10* of the
Securities Market Law, and in accordance with General Standard No. 30,
being duly empowered as general manager of Larrain Vial
Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), hereby
I inform you as an essential fact of the Internal Regulations of the Investment Fund
Larraín Vial Marathon Eco lll (the “Fund”), the following:
At the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund dated May 20,
2020, a capital decrease was agreed by up to 100% of the subscribed quotas and
paid from the Fund. At that meeting, the Fund’s contributors also agreed that the
That reduction in capital would materialize in one or more partialities, through the
decrease in the number of Contributions to the Fund or by decreasing the value of
each of the Fund Quotas, as determined by the Administrator.
Therefore, in a meeting of the board of directors of its Administrator, held on 23
November 2022, a capital decrease of the Fund was agreed, through the
decrease in the value of the quota, for the total amount of USD 4,610,000.00, corresponding to
to the series | an amount of USD 3,160,364.24 with a value per quota of 0.21292424070374 and
for series P a total amount of USD 1,449,635.76 with a value per quota of
0,20639421293699.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the indicated decrease will be made from the 29th
of November 2022 in the offices of the Administrator, located on Avenida El Bosque
Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.,
Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the previous 5″ business day
The amount of the quotas held at the date of payment shall be pro rata to the number of quotas held at that date.
