(the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you as an essential fact that in the Assembly
Extraordinary Fund Contributors held on August 26, 2022, it was agreed
increase the capital of the Fund by issuing 6,000,000 new quotas,
corresponding 2,000,000 to series P quotas and 4,000,000 to serial quotas
