By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10* of the
Securities Market Law, and in accordance with General Standard No. 30,
being duly empowered as general manager of Larrain Vial
Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), hereby
I inform you as an essential fact of the Internal Regulations of the Investment Fund
Larraín Vial Marathon Eco lll (the “Fund”), the following:
At the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund dated May 20,
2020, a capital decrease was agreed by up to 100% of the subscribed quotas and
paid from the Fund. At that meeting, the Fund’s contributors also agreed that the
That reduction in capital would materialize in one or more partialities, through the
decrease in the number of Contributions to the Fund or by decreasing the value of
each of the Fund Quotas, as determined by the Administrator.
Therefore, in the board meeting of its Administrator, held on August 24
of 2022, a decrease in the capital of the Fund was agreed, through the reduction of the
quota value, for the total amount of USD 1,131,920.00, corresponding to the series | one
amount of USD 775,616.36 with a value per installment of 0.05225585159653 and for series P
a total amount of USD 356,303.64 with a value per installment of 0.05072930124465.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the indicated decrease will be made from the day
August 30, 2022 at the offices of the Administrator, located on Avenida El Bosque
Norte N” 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.,
Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day
prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments held by that
date.
