Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 9* and 10, second paragraph, of the
Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Inversión Larraín Vial Marathon ECO lll (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you how
essential fact that in the Ordinary and Extraordinary Assemblies of Contributors of the Fund
Held on May 17, 2022, the following was agreed:
A) Ordinary Assembly of Contributors:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator was approved, relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and related financial statements;
2. It was agreed to elect Mr. Juan Eduardo as members of the Supervisory Committee.
Fantini, Rodrigo Guzmán Leyton and Tomás Lyon Valdivieso and their remuneration was set at
20 Development Units per session, with a maximum of 6 sessions;
3. The expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee of USD 50,000 was approved;
4. It was agreed to appoint Grant Thornton as the Fund’s external audit firm
Chile SpA; and
5. It was agreed to appoint as the Fund’s independent appraisers or valuers Sitka
Advisors.

B) Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors:
1. It was agreed to modify numeral 2.6 of number TWO “SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE”
of Title VIIl “RULES OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE” of the internal regulations of the
Bottom; and
2. It was agreed to adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the
Decisions of the Assembly.
