Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph of Article 10? of the Law
of the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18? of Law No. 20,712, duly
and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Activos S.A. Administradora General de
Funds (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Larraín Mutual Fund (the “Larraín
Vial Marathon ECO III (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you as an essential fact
that at the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, held on April 5,
2022, the following was agreed:
1. To ratify the capital reductions of the Fund paid on December 23, 2000.
2021 and dated January 19, 2022; and
2. The modification of the number TWO. “Capital Reductions”, from Title X.
“Capital Increases and Decreases” of the Fund’s internal regulations;
