Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 9* and the second paragraph of Article 10 of the
Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Inversión Larraín Vial Marathon DCF (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you how
essential fact that in the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund held on the 3rd
of May 2023, the following was agreed:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator was approved, relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and the corresponding financial statements;
2. It was agreed to elect as members of the Supervisory Committee, Messrs. Hernán
Guerrero Hinojosa, José Cox Alcaino and Felipe Díaz Lorca, and their remuneration was fixed at
15 Development Units per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
3. The budget for expenses for the Oversight Committee was approved for 200 units.
Development;
4. It was agreed to designate as the Fund’s external audit firm the firm of
external auditors Grant Thornton Audit and Services Limited;
5. It was agreed to appoint Analytics as an independent expert or valuer of the Fund
Lab.
