INVESTMENT FUND LARRAÍN VIAL MARATHON DCF

Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 9* and 10, second paragraph, of the
Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Inversión Larraín Vial Marathon DCF (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you how
essential fact that in the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund held on the 17th
of May 2022, the following was agreed:
1.
The annual account of the Fund submitted by the Administrator relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and related financial statements;
It was agreed to elect Mr. Hernán as members of the Supervisory Committee.
Guerrero Hinojosa, José Cox Alcaino and Felipe Díaz Lorca, and their remuneration was fixed at
15 Development Units per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
The expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee of 200 Units of
Development;
It was agreed to appoint Grant Thornton as the Fund’s external audit firm
Chile SpA; and
It was agreed to appoint CEA as independent experts or valuers of the Fund
Carillos.
