Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of the
Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18 of Law No. 20,712,
duly authorized and in representation of Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the FONDO DE
INVERSIÓN LARRAÍN VIAL LANDMARK REAL ESTATE VIII (the “Fund”), I hereby notify you that
to you as an essential fact that at the Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the Fund
held on May 11, 2023, it was agreed as follows:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator was approved, relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and the corresponding financial statements;
2. It was agreed to elect as members of the Supervisory Committee, Messrs.
Espínola Ortega, Joaquín Gálvez Varas and Carlos Astudillo Aravena, and fixed its
remuneration in 20 Unidades de Fomento per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
3. The budget for expenses for the Oversight Committee was approved for 200 units.
Development;
4. It was agreed to designate as the Fund’s external audit firm the firm of
auditors HLB Surlatina Chile;
5. It was agreed to appoint as the Fund’s independent appraisers or valuers Sitka
Advisors and Analytics Lab.
