By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10* of the
Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Inversión Larraín Vial Landmark Real Estate VIII (the “Fund”), I have come to communicate to
you as an essential fact that in the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund
Held on May 19, 2022, the following was agreed:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator was approved, relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and related financial statements;
2. It was agreed to elect Mr. Joaquín Gálvez as members of the Supervisory Committee.
Varas, Carlos Astudillo and Sergio Espínola Ortega, and their remuneration was set at 20
Development Units per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
3. The budget for expenses for the Oversight Committee was approved for 200 units.
Development;
4, It was agreed to appoint Surlatina Auditores as the Fund’s external audit firm
Limited; and
5. It was agreed to appoint Analiytics as independent experts or valuers of the Fund
Lab and Sitka.
