Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph of Article 10? of the Law
of the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18? of Law No. 20,712, duly
and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Activos S.A. Administradora General de
Funds (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Larraín Mutual Fund (the “Larraín
Vial Landmark Real Estate VIII (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you as fact
essential that at the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, held on 28
April 2022, the following was agreed:
1. An increase in the capital of the Fund through the issuance of 100,000,000 new
Quotas;
2. Modify the numeral 2.6 of the number DOS. “SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE” of the
Title HIV “CORPORATE GOVERNANCE STANDARDS” of the regulation
internal to the Fund;
