In accordance with the provisions of Article 9″ and the second paragraph of Article
10* of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to Article 18 of the Law
N*20.712, being duly empowered as general manager of
Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), for the
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Rules of Procedure of the Fund of
Investment Larraín Vial Landmark Equity XVI, the following:
In the board meeting of its Administrator, held on March 29, 2023,
a reduction in the capital of the Fund was agreed, through the reduction of the quota value
of the fund, for the total amount of USD 700,000.01.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the indicated decrease will be made from day 04
of April 2023 at the offices of the Administrator, located on Avenida El Bosque Norte
N” 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at
Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day prior to
the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments held by them at that date.
