LARRAÍN VIAL LANDMARK EQUITY XVI INVESTMENT FUND

By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10%
of the Securities Market Law, in relation to article 18″ of Law N”
20.712, duly authorized and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A.
Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administradora”), a management company
of the Larraín Vial Landmark Equity XVI Investment Fund (the “Fund”), I come in
communicate to you as an essential fact that in the Ordinary and
Extraordinary Fund Contributors held on May 19, 2022,
Agreed as follows:
A) Ordinary Assembly of Contributors:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator, relating to
the management and administration of the Fund and the Financial Statements
corresponding;
2. It was agreed to elect Mr. Sergio as members of the Supervisory Committee.
Espínola Ortega, Arturo Vicente Molina and Eduardo Ramos Palma and set his
remuneration in 20 Development Units per session, with a maximum of 5
Sessions;
3. The expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee of 200 was approved
Development Units;
4. It was agreed to appoint PKF Chile as the Fund’s external audit firm
Auditores Consultores Limitada; and

5. It was agreed to appoint as independent experts or valuers of the Fund
Capital Pact.
B) Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors:
1. It was agreed to modify numeral 2.6 of number TWO “COMMITTEE OF
VIGILANCE” of Title VIIl “RULES OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE” of the
rules of procedure of the Fund; and
2. It was agreed to adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to implement
the decisions of the Assembly.
