By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10%
of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to Article 18 of the Law
N*20.712, being duly empowered as general manager of
Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), for the
present inform you as an essential fact of Fondo de Inversión Larraín Vial
Harbourvest US (the Fund) that in board session of its administrator, Larraín Vial
Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, held on March 31, 2000
2023, the distribution of a provisional dividend for the total amount of USD was agreed
1,094,999.97 charged to the Fund’s 2023 profits.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
April 06, 2023, at the offices of the Administrator, located on Avenida El Bosque
Norte número 0177, piso 3, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
