From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10%
of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to Article 18 of the Law
N*20.712, being duly empowered as general manager of
Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), for the
present inform you as an essential fact of Fondo de Inversión Larraín Vial
Harbourvest US (the Fund) that in board session of its administrator, Larraín Vial
Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, held on December 30, 200
2022, the distribution of a provisional dividend for the total amount of USD was agreed
970,000.04 charged to the Fund’s 2022 profits.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
January 06, 2023, at the offices of the Administrator, located on Avenida El
Bosque Norte number 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to
18:00 hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry to the
Fifth business day prior to the date of payment.
