By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10%
of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the General Rule
N*30, of this Commission, being duly empowered in my capacity as manager

Administrator), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Fund of
Investment Larraín Vial Harbourvest US (the Fund) that in board session of its
administrator, Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, held a meeting with
On April 20, 2022, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend for the
total amount of USD 225,569.98 charged to the Fund’s 2022 profits.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
April 26, 2022, at the offices of the Administrator, located on Avenida El Bosque
Norte número 0177, piso 3, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
