From our consideration:
Under the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10%
of the Securities Market Law, and in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, of
this Entity, being duly empowered, I hereby inform you of the following
as an essential fact of the Larrain Vial Harbourvest EX US Investment Fund, which in
board session of its administrator, Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General of Funds, held on March 31, 2023, the distribution was agreed
of a provisional dividend in the total amount of EUR 730,000.01 charged to
2023 earnings of the Fund.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the provisional dividend indicated will be made to
as of April 6, 2023, at the offices of the Administrator, located on Avenida
El Bosque Norte number 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to
18:00 hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry to the
Fifth business day prior to the date of payment.
