From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10* of the Law
of the Securities Market, and in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, of this
Entity, being duly empowered, I hereby inform you
as an essential fact of the Larrain Vial Harbourvest EX US Investment Fund, which in
board session of its administrator, Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General of Funds, held on December 30, 2022, the
distribution of a provisional dividend for the total amount of EUR 1,130,000.02 with
charge to the Fund’s 2022 profits.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the provisional dividend indicated will be made to
as of January 06, 2023, at the offices of the Administrator, located on Avenida
El Bosque Norte number 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to
18:00 hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry to the
Fifth business day prior to the date of payment.
