From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9* and the second paragraph of Article 10
of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the General Rule
N?30, of this Entity, being duly authorized, I hereby inform
to You as an essential fact of the Larrain Vial Harbourvest EX US Investment Fund,
that in the board session of its administrator, Larraín Vial Activos S.A.
General Fund Administrator, held on July 6, 2022, agreed
distribution of a provisional dividend for the total amount of EUR 1,251,944.01 with
charge to the Fund’s 2022 profits.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the provisional dividend indicated will be made to
as of July 12, 2022, at the offices of the Administrator, located on Avenida
El Bosque Norte number 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to
18:00 hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry to the
Fifth business day prior to the date of payment.
