From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9* and the second paragraph of Article 10″ of the
Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to Article 18 of the Law
N*20.712, being duly empowered as general manager of
Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), for the
present inform you as an essential fact of Fondo de Inversión Larraín Vial
Harbourvest Co-Investment V (the Fund) as follows:
In accordance with the provisions of numeral TWO of Title X of the Internal Regulations of the
Fund, the Administrator was entitled to carry out capital reductions
of this fund without the need for any agreement of an extraordinary assembly of
contributors, for up to 100% of the subscribed and paid contributions of the Fund, or
value of the contributions of the Fund, in order to return to all the Contributors the part
proportional of your investment in the Fund.
Therefore, at the Company’s board meeting, held on April 21, 2023,
agreed to distribute an interim dividend in the total amount of $0.0424064166509,
corresponding $329,290 to the fund’s Series A, $20,465 to the fund’s Series C,
$188,316 to the fund’s series D and $523,471 to the fund’s series H, charged to the
2023 earnings of the Fund.
On the other hand, it was agreed at the same board meeting the distribution of a
Provisional dividend for the total amount of $0.0020549225961, corresponding to
$15,957 to fund series A, $992 to fund series C, $9,125 to fund series D
and $25,366 to the fund’s series H, charged to the Fund’s 2023 profits.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the decrease and dividend indicated will be made to
as of April 27, 2022 at the offices of the Administrator, located in
Avenida El Bosque Norte N” 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry.
