By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10 of the
Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Inversión Larraín Vial Harbourvest Co-Investment V (the “Fund”), I have communicated to
you as an essential fact that in the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund
Held on May 25, 2022, the following was agreed:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator was approved, relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and related financial statements;
2. It was agreed to elect Mr. Carlos Budge as members of the Supervisory Committee.
Carvallo, Juan Carlos Délano Valenzuela and Sergio Espinola Ortega, and set his
remuneration in 15 Unidades de Fomento per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
3. The budget for expenses for the Oversight Committee was approved for 200 units.
Development;
4. It was agreed to appoint PKF Chile as the Fund’s external audit firm
Auditores Consultores Limitada; and
5. It was agreed to appoint as the Fund’s independent appraisers or valuers Analytics
Lab and BC Advisors
