From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9* and the second paragraph of Article 10
of Law 18.045 on the Securities Market, I hereby inform you how
essential fact Global Infrastructure Partners Investment Fund IV, which in session of
board of directors of its administrator, Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de
Funds, held on February 22, 2023, the distribution of dividends was agreed
provisional contributions from the Fund to the contributors of the series | in the amount of USD 22,370.00, the
series P in the amount of USD 889.00, and for Series R contributors USD 1,740.00,
charged to the Fund’s 2023 profits.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the dividend will be paid as of the 28th of
February 2023 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida El
Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th day
before the date of payment, pro rata to the number of quotas held by them.
