By virtue of the provisions of article 9 and the second paragraph of article 10
of the Securities Market Law, in relation to Article 18 of Law No.
20.712, duly authorized and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A.
Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administradora”), a management company
of the LARRAÍN VIAL DOVER STREET X INVESTMENT FUND (the “Fund”), I come in
communicate to you as an essential fact that in the Ordinary Assembly of
Contributors of the Fund held on May 23, 2023, the following was agreed:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator, regarding the management and administration of the Fund and the corresponding financial statements were approved;
2. It was agreed to elect as members of the Supervisory Committee, Mr. Marcelo Reyes Medina, Mr. Ricardo Fischer Abeliuk and Mr. Sergio Espínola Ortega, and their remuneration was set at 15 Development Units per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
The expense budget for the Oversight Committee of 200 Unidades de Fomento was approved;
4. It was agreed to appoint the auditing firm HLB Surlatina as the Fund’s external audit firm;
5. It was agreed to appoint Sitka Advisors and BDO Chile as independent experts or valuers of the Fund.
