From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10%
of the Securities Market Law, being duly empowered as
general manager of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
Administrator), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of Rules of Procedure
Internal Investment Fund Larraín Vial Dover Street X, the following:
Pursuant to Article 37 of Title X of the Rules of Procedure of the
Fund, the Administrator was entitled to carry out capital reductions
of this fund without the need for any agreement of an extraordinary assembly of
contributors, for up to 100% of the subscribed and paid contributions of the Fund, or
value of the contributions of the Fund, in order to return to all the Contributors the part
proportional of your investment in the Fund.
Therefore, in the board meeting of its Administrator, held on March 31
of 2023, the distribution of a decrease by the total amount of USD was agreed
842,000, corresponding to an amount of USD25,321.39 to the Fund’s R series, USD
8,857.09 for series P, USD 101,563.40 for series |, USD 706,258.12 for series S.
On the other hand, a provisional dividend was agreed at the same board meeting, for the
total amount of USD 141,095.00, corresponding USD 4,243.14 for series R, USD
1,484.19 for series P, USD 17,019.11 for series | and USD 118,348.56 for the S series,
charged to the Fund’s 2023 profits.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the dividend and reduction indicated will be made to
as of April 6, 2023 at the offices of the Administrator, located in
Avenida El Bosque Norte N” 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry.
