From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10%
of the Securities Market Law, being duly empowered as
general manager of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
Administrator), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of Rules of Procedure
Internal Investment Fund Larraín Vial Dover Street X, the following:
Pursuant to Article 37 of Title X of the Rules of Procedure of the
Fund, the Administrator was entitled to carry out capital reductions
of this fund without the need for any agreement of an extraordinary assembly of
contributors, for up to 100% of the subscribed and paid contributions of the Fund, or
value of the contributions of the Fund, in order to return to all the Contributors the part
proportional of your investment in the Fund.
Therefore, in the board meeting of its Administrator, held on 30
December 2022, a provisional dividend was agreed, in the full amount of USD
229,926.98, corresponding to USD 6,949.10 for series R, USD 2,425.67 for series P,
USD 27,735.21 for the series | and USD 192,817.00 for the S series.
On the other hand, it was agreed at the same board meeting the distribution of a
decrease for the total amount of USD 1,132,586.99, corresponding to an amount of
USD 34,230.28 for the Fund’s Series R, USD 11,948.51 for the P Series, USD 136,619.62
for the series |, USD 949,788.58 for the S series, charged to the profits for the year
2022 of the Fund.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the dividend and reduction indicated will be made to
from January 06, 2023 at the offices of the Administrator, located in
Avenida El Bosque Norte N” 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry.
