From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10%
of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the General Rule
N*30, being duly empowered as general manager of Larraín
Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), hereby
I inform you as an essential fact of the Internal Regulations of the Investment Fund
Larraín Vial Dover Street X, the following:
Pursuant to Article 37 of Title X of the Rules of Procedure of the
Fund, the Administrator was entitled to carry out capital reductions
of this fund without the need for any agreement of an extraordinary assembly of
contributors, for up to 100% of the subscribed and paid contributions of the Fund, or
value of the contributions of the Fund, in order to return to all the Contributors the part
proportional of your investment in the Fund.
Therefore, in the board meeting of its Administrator, held on October 5
of 2022, a provisional dividend was agreed, for the total amount of USD 25,744.99,
corresponding USD 780.33 for series R, USD 272.06 for series P, USD 3,105.43
for the series | and USD 21,587.17 for the S series.
On the other hand, it was agreed at the same board meeting the distribution of a
decrease for the total amount of USD 245,273.00, corresponding to an amount of USD
7,434.22 to the Fund’s R series, USD 2,591.95 for the P series, USD 29,585.49 for the
series |, USD 205,661.34 for series S, charged to 2022 earnings of
Background.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the dividend indicated will be made from the 12th of
October 2022 at the offices of the Administrator, located on Avenida El Bosque
Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.,
Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day
prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments held by that
date.
