Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 9* and 10, second paragraph, of the
Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Inversión Larraín Vial Dover Street X (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you how
essential fact that in the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund held on the 25th
of May 2022, the following was agreed:
1.
The annual account of the Fund submitted by the Administrator relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and related financial statements;
It was agreed to elect Mr. Marcelo Reyes as members of the Supervisory Committee.
Medina, Ricardo Fischer Abeliuk and Sergio Espinola Ortega, and their remuneration was fixed
in 15 Development Units per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
The expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee of 200 Units of
Development;
It was agreed to appoint Surlatina Auditores as the Fund’s external audit firm.
Limited; and
It was agreed to appoint Sitka and
BC Advisors.
